Muhammad Rafid
Muhammad Rafid earned his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Bannu, in 2019, followed by an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, in 2022. His thesis focused on solving the Controller Selection Problem (CSP) in software-defined vehicular networks (SDVNs) using a machine learning approach, with emphasis on CR-VANETs, V2X communication, and AI-enabled wireless systems.
He is currently pursuing a PhD through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie EXACT-6G program at the Industrial Systems Institute (ISI), where his research focuses on enabling self-managed and resilient cloud-to-edge infrastructures in 6G networks through intelligent, decentralized orchestration.
